Third Annual Summer Picnic

Summer of 2004

Over 150 people, including the Superintendent of the Westbury School District, attended the 3rd Annual MPowering Kids Family Picnic.

The picnic welcomes this Fall's incoming class of new MPowering Kids students to the existing MPowering Kids community.

While their parents bonded with staff and other parents, the children participated in a wide range of activities, including face painting, tug-of-war, and relay races.

A highlight of the event was a great picnic feast, which featured an incredible array of foods donated by many MPowering Kids Corporate Sponsors.
